We Listen & Document
Your story is the most important information we have. We listen first. Every symptom and concern is discussed, documented, and tracked, ensuring your experience is taken seriously from day one.
Medical Care
We provide real medical care focused on the complexities of post-viral illness. Our clinical team, led by Nurse Practitioner Chloe Gaines, is dedicated to finding a personalized path to manage your symptoms.
Partnership & Advocacy
You are no longer on your own. We pair our medical care with client advocacy to support you between visits. We are your partners in navigating this journey.
We know your energy is limited. We’ve made our process clear and straightforward.
Step 1: The Free 15-Minute Consultation Call
This is not a medical appointment. It’s a simple, no-pressure phone call to hear about your situation and see if our clinic is the right fit for you. There is no cost and no obligation.
Step 2: You will meet with your Client Advocate before your first visit
Our health coach helps organize your story and symptoms into a clear, doctor-ready format. This makes your first medical visit easier and ensures nothing important gets missed.
Step 3: Your First Visit
We’ll review your history, document your symptoms, and perform an initial assessment. You will leave feeling heard and with the first steps of your personalized care plan.
Ongoing Partnership & Support
We’ll work together through regular check-ins to monitor your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and provide the coaching and advocacy you need to keep moving forward.
People who continue to have symptoms for more than three months after a COVID-19 infection may develop Long COVID.
According to the CDC, “Long COVID is a serious illness that can result in chronic conditions requiring comprehensive care and may cause disability. Long COVID can include a wide range of ongoing symptoms and conditions that can last weeks, months, or even years after COVID-19 illness.”
Common symptoms include fatigue, memory and concentration problems or brain fog, shortness of breath, cough, changes in taste or smell, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, and headaches. More complex conditions such as POTS, MCAS, and ME/CFS may also be part of Long COVID.

Based on your bloodwork and symptoms, we may also suggest changes in diet, vitamins, herbs, or supplements to support your recovery.
