New View Health Solutions is a patient-centered startup focused on helping those with Long COVID. Our goal is not to promise cures, but to help patients stabilize and reclaim as much quality of life as possible.
This is a new business with a clear mission and a strong foundation. Dr. Sokoloff from Perryville is available for support as needed. You will be the first clinical hire, working directly with me, the founder. I was previously a top Business Analyst in Medicare, and I transformed how companies like UPS, CareFirst, and GDIT do business. Now I’m dedicating the rest of my life to building a company where people with Long COVID feel seen, supported, and understood. We will hire additional staff ASAP. Working together, we will help change the face of chronic illness care in this country.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-office telehealth and in-person care for patients with Long COVID
- Work 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays
- Assess and manage a wide range of Long COVID-related symptoms
- Order and interpret labs and imaging
- Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies
- Administer in-office testosterone injections as needed until RN support is in place
- Collaborate with the team to create personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow all office procedures
- Help shape early clinic workflows and standards of care
Compensation and Benefits
- $55 to $85 per hour based on experience
- Malpractice insurance provided via The Doctors Company
- Possibility for full time and optional overtime as we grow
- Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurances negotiable after 90 days based on company growth and the plans selected
- 401k eligibility, with a 3% employer match after 90 days
- PTO accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked
- Annual continuing education stipend

Licensure and Certification Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland
- Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance registration
- DEA license with Schedule III authority
- National board certification – FNP, AGNP, or equivalent
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interest in helping those with Long COVID and chronic illness
- One or more years of NP experience
- Comfortable administering testosterone therapy
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Compassionate communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to work fully on-site until we stabilize as a company
