Our role is to stand beside you and translate your lived experience into clear, actionable information for your doctors.

Because navigating healthcare alone is overwhelming. Many patients leave appointments feeling dismissed, rushed, or confused. A client advocate makes sure your symptoms and questions are clear, your priorities are addressed, and your care stays on track.

Absolutely. We do not replace your medical providers — we make their job easier. Our role is to support you before, during, and after visits so your care team has the full picture.

During virtual sessions, we review your symptoms, help organize your medical story, prepare your questions for doctors, and go over next steps after appointments. Everything is focused on making sure you are ready and supported.

A package of two one-hour visits with a Client Advocate costs $79.

In these sessions, we will:

  • Document your symptoms and medical history in detail.

  • Create easy-to-follow roadmaps for nurses and doctors.

  • Make sure your story is clear, organized, and ready to support your care team.

Before founding New View Health Solutions, I spent years as a Business Analyst for Medicare, GDIT, CareFirst, and UPS. My job was to take overwhelming amounts of complex information and turn it into clear, actionable solutions. I use that same skillset to help you organize your symptoms, prepare for your doctor visits, and help you get the care you deserve.

My goal is to help you translate your story into a clear, doctor-ready format, so you never leave another doctors visit feeling dismissed.
